Database NULL at new outage

Description

If you try to create a new scheduled outage with a specific date (from DATE1 till Date 2) you´ll get a java exception. As far as I can interpret the exception message the database gets a NULL instead of the month at the second part of the "till" date.

It´s not possible to create a specific date on my system at the moment.

BTW, the bug that I think this one is a duplicate of is https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-1506#icft=NMS-1506.

Flo, I believe this issue has been addressed in the latest 1.5.91 snapshots. Are you able to install one of those and test again?
