A default description looks like:
`This category includes all managed interfaces which are running an Email service, including SMTP, POP3, or IMAP. This will include MS Exchange servers running these protocols`
(see here: https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/blob/develop/opennms-base-assembly/src/main/filtered/etc/categories.xml )

But this one line text approach is a) not dynamically enough (see related issues) and b) also it should be possible to modify the description part a bit more flexible. It is all about the formatting here. Maybe adding links or adding a list etc.

I know we allow already HTML in many other parts of the code, for example in event definitions. But this is not possible in categories.xml file.
