It's not clear that the docs labelled "snapshot" are works in progress.

We should find some way to indicate this, perhaps by automatically adding a disclaimer on each page in the snapshot docs that indicates this. We could also find a visual way to mark these in the left menu (red, or greyed out, or something like that).

This will be especially important to do after we add the snapshot docs to the Horizon docs menu.
