To receive earlier feedback on documentation changes, it would be great if we could make docs in the develop branch widely available.

Currently we include snapshot versions of Helm, ALEC, and OpenNMS.js documentation. We would like to add the same option for Horizon.

A separate Jira covers the task of updating the UI in the docs to help distinguish that the snapshot versions are not "latest". (Possibly by adding a disclaimer on the pages in the snapshot docs.)
