Flow Thresholds: Data collection

Description

Beside the definition of thresholds users may also want to graph the data based on flow application data. This can also be achieved by persisting the aggregated data for the flow-based thresholds.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

The data will collected and e.g. end up in RRD files on disk.
