Provide the ability to define application thresholds and trigger events based on the thresholds.

Description

This epic will track the implementation of flow application (port) thresholds. 

This will provide the ability to set an arbitrary threshold value that is triggered when the amount of traffic associated with an application (port) exceeds either a high, low, absolute value, or percentage of the total capacity of a network interface.

 

Acceptance / Success Criteria

OpenNMS admin can define flow application thresholds.

OpenNMS threshold violations and events are triggered based on the defined threshold

An OpenNMS admin or power user can create thresholds to send an event when an application exceeds a percentage of interface capacity.
