The current model allows to select a polling package for an application. This is unsound as it could result in having two conflicting polling packages defined for a single service polled from the same perspective location.

Example: Create two Applications both having assigned the same service and the same location but different polling packages each. While scheduling the service for the location it is not clear which pollling package to select.

The selection should always be done using the default mechanism we use for polling already.
