Remote Poller with Minion

Description

Re-work existing Remote Poller functionality (excluding ad-hoc scan report feature) to work with the Minion instead of the remote poller daemon or JNLP service.

Some initial research and feasibility testing was done in the jw/rp-on-minion branch.

In the current RP model the state of the services are associated with individual RPs as opposed to the monitoring locations.

In order for the RP functionality to work with Minion we'll need to update the model to associate this state with the location rather than the RP.
