String properties don't render correctly on repeated rows

Description

resolved the issue of strings on repeated panels, but after testing, string properties are not rendering correctly when the panel is part of a repeated row.

When there is a multi-value variable referenced on a repeating row panel with a string property query, all values are returned, not just the value for the current row’s variable.

Well, this is awkward… I went to replicate to provide a sample, and it’s working for me with 9.0.5 on Grafana 9.5.2
