OPG v9 seems to work with Grafana 10, they have a React 17 backwards-compatibility feature. Moving this out of the Refined Backlog until customers have specific issues.


To be fully Grafana 10 compliant, it may require updating to React 18 and in fact may require a new OPG major version.
