Add support for IP interfaces and SNMP interfaces in Entity DS

Description

Add support for IP interfaces and SNMP interfaces to the Entity datasource plugin (along with existing support for Nodes and Alarms).

This may imply corresponding enhancements to the OpenNMS REST API, since we think it's currently necessary to start with a node in order to get to these entity types.

Customer-facing tracking epic is ULU-59.
