perfdata-receiver doesn't compile

I've tried to compile the perfdata-receiver project from the opennms-tools directory, and it is throwing compile errors.

What's the point on keep this and the other broken things there if they cannot be used ? I would say fix it or permanently remove them. That way users and customers won't try to use them.

Everything in opennms-tools is kept for historical reasons, except the centric-troubleticketer, which is actually used. Therefore the perfdata-receiver cannot compile, as it was probably not done for a very long time. 

The opennms-tools is therefore more an opennms-graveyard of no longer used/supported tools.

After a quick look at the main POM, it also doesn't look like it would properly generate a JAR with all the dependencies inside of it, in order to run it using `java -jar`.
