Add an alert to the homepage if times are different by 2 minutes.

Description

I don't know how easy this would be, but when we display the index.jsp page we know both the server's
current time (in the upper right hand corner) and the last time the categories were successfully updated
(in the alt tags for the table elements).

Would it be possible to subtract one from the other and insure that they were less than 2 minutes apart,
and if so, pop up some kind of warning, or display it on the home page?

This is fixed in CVS. I added a "Warning: OpenNMS Disconnect" line as well. I was going to change the
colors from light blue, but since we use that for "Calculating ..." it seemed like a good choice.

Here is a new categories-box.jsp that turns the backgrounds to lightblue where
they would normally be the outage color when it sees a difference between now
and the lastupdated time exceeds 120 seconds. I have just barely tested it but
it seems to work. Let me knwo what you think.
