Keep connections alive when using HikariCP

Description

When using HikariCP, sometimes the following error can be seen on the logs

This can be avoided by adding the following a property called connectionTimeout to opennms-datasources.xml

The log statement isn't an ERROR, but just a DEBUG log. It's not clear what problems this is actually causing, if any.
