Cannot synchronize nodes in provisioning requisition with database

After adding nodes into provisioning requisition. All the nodes should be stored in postgres database for discovery and provisioning. So I click "synchronize" button. But There is nothing happen ; The nodes are not inserted into database. How should I do ? Thanks in advance.
