Document supported products and versions for Remedy integration

Description

I know that we have a Remedy ticketer plugin, but I can never recall the following:

  • Which Remedy product(s) it works with (ARS, others?)

  • Which versions of those products it has been tested against

  • Which versions it is likely to work with, but has not yet been tested

Antonio, can you please summarize the above for me? I will do the writing and find a home in our official documentation for it.

ARS Remedy 7.6.04 Service Pack 2

HDI Web Service

 

So ARS Remedy is a suite of products. You have to install the core (ARS Remdy) and the Hep Desk Module). Inside the Help Desk Module is defined an Help DEsk Interface Web Service that we use for creating/updating and getting tickets with Remedy.

 

This is default Web Service with a lot of custom field to be defined to work.

 

You can check the code for more details and opennms.properties for a configuration example.
