To avoid noisy diffs for automatically generated requisitions (such as those from the VMware integration), it'd be nice if OpenNMS would use a "SortedSet", or some similar collection, to ensure that otherwise unchanged requisitions have a minimal diff. Right now, assets, interfaces, and categories get reordered between saves, which creates some excess noise in the config file diffs.
