The default event configuration for uei.opennms.org/bsm/serviceProblemResolved doesn't seem to be set up quite right.

I'd expect that it would have an alarm-type="2" and a clear-key="uei.opennms.org/bsm/serviceProblem:%parm[businessServiceId]%".

Instead, it ends up using that clear key as a reduction key, and gets reduced into that other alarm.
