Availability reports don't work as expected

Description

Even if the node had outages, availability report show 100% all the time. Attached is the report for 7 days for the mail server. The dashboard shows 24 hour availability as 99.83% which is true, but the report fails to show correct percentages.

Here are our outages for the last two days 8/1 and 8/2.  When the report is run on 8/3 starting  at 7/31 0:0 for 3 days, hardly any outages show up except for one particular server.  This range should include alll these outages.  We  would like to escalate treatment of this issue as we use this report to verify our Service Level Agreement compliance.

We are having this problem too. we are on version 18.0.4

We are sure that the outages should be included in the date range we specified.  One node in particular seems to report the correct number of outages.

Do you have any more information about this issue like a database dump of the outages table? Maybe the timeframe for the report does not include the outages for the last 24 hours that are causing your < 100% availability.
