es-rest: Allow a comma-separated list of Elasticsearch URIs

Description

We should allow a comma-separated list of Elasticsearch URIs in the opennms-es-rest feature and our code should attempt connections in round-robin fashion to each URI to distribute load to multiple Elasticsearch endpoints.

This appears to be possible with the Jest library that we're using after all so I'm starting work on this.
