When I change a JDBC collection config (eg. changing a SQL in a statement), delete the existing rrd files and reload the collectd with send-event, ONMS doesn't care. No new rrd files will be created.
I have to restart ONMS for a change in JDBC collection.

Afair it's the same with html/xml collections. Is this behaviour correct? Or is it a bug?
