Alarm search always includes timeframes

Description

All searches on the Alarms page include arguments for afterfirsteventtime, beforelasteventtime, afterfirsteventtime, and beforefirsteventtime, even if no time frames were added by the user.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Alarms Advanced Search page
2. Search "Alarm Text Contains" or "Node Label Contains" or "TCP/IP Address Like". Leave all of the before/after time parameters unchecked.
3. Click Search

Expected results:
Only the selected search parameters should be passed.

Actual results:
The Alarm First Event Before/After and Alarm Last Event Before/After parameters are passed with default values for all searches, producing an extremely long URL. The additional arguments can make the URL long enough to trigger .
