The ipinterface.iphostname field is not updated after changing the FQDN associated with a given IP address

Description

As part of the work done for NMS-7195, I was able to verify that the nodelabel is being updated as expected when the FQDN of an IP associated with an auto-discovered node is changed on the DNS server.

Unfortunately, this is not the case of the iphostname field of the ipinterface table on the database.

With a simple bind setup on Linux, you can easily reproduce the problem.
