Make additional fields available for replacement in NorthboundAlarms

Description

Some fields of NorthboundAlarm that are interesting to us are not currently available for replacement. Furthermore, Date fields are currently being converted to string via Date.toString(), which is less than ideal and especially annoying when you aren't sure of the timezone of the JVM in which OpenNMS is running. I have a patch.
