I have noticed that if i test response value of single oid, it show service being polled but if i use testing multiple values in a whole table, i do not see that service being polled.
I have followed administrator's guide and opennms documentations. But somehow i just could not get it to work. Can you please tell me if I am missing out anything ? .
i.e. I have used exact HP service polling configuration mentioned in snmp monitor in administrator's guide.
It polls HP -Insight fan temperature, HP power supply condition/status (oid : which are single response oid) but does not poll hp insight power supply walk which has 15 different table entries. I have attached an image of configuration file.
I have similar issues with other services of other devices which use snmpwalk parameter.
