Replace GWT with Angular: choose resources (part of KSC editor wizard)

Description

Any GWT based application is hard to debug and maintain. Also, it is hard to make it work nicely with Boostrap. For this reason, it would be better if we reimplement this feature using a JavaScript based library that can play nicely with other JavaScript frameworks like Boostrap.

The code on features/gwt-graph-resource-list is shared between this issue and https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-8646#icft=NMS-8646. In order to remove that project, the PR for this and the other issue have to be merged first.
