There is no IMAPS monitor

Description

There is no IMAPS monitor and for what I can see the ImapMonitor won't work with SSL enabled services.

There's an interesting related bug here http://issues.opennms.org/browse/NMS-1059 but unfortunatelly it is marked "Won't fix"

If you're ready to accept such a submission, I'm willing to develop an ImapsMonitor based on what's done with the HttpMonitor and HttpsMonitor.
