Node removed from "Overall Service Availability" after service deletion

Description

There is a node that has several services, i.e. SMTP, POP, ...
Since some of the services had been down for a long time, the services got
marked down.
After that happened, the "Overall Service Availability" category page does not
list the node anymore. It looks like the deletion of the services caused the
node removed from the category all together.
This does not seem like an expected behavior because there are still other
services active on the node.

This is now fixed in CVS.

Tarus confirmed that this problem still exists in the latest code while he was
visiting Tokyo.

We are re-writing a large portion of this code for 1.1.3 and then 1.2 (the next stable). I'll leave this bug
open until 1.2 so you can then test and see if the problem goes away.
