As Markus kindly pointed out, there's no tests for the OTRS integration.

This looks quite difficult to me. But, maybe someone with better testing expertise will get me wrong.

ATM, I'm wondering if we could used the wsdl2java program to build a temporary fake local webserver implementing the OTRS web services, and use it to run the tests.
