Minion RPM regenerates UUID during each installation

Description

The minion.spec RPM spec has a %post routine that will overwrite the generated UUID for the Minion system during each RPM installation. We should never overwrite the UUID after the first time that it is generated.

I've fixed the replacement to only happen during initial install. Marking as fixed.
