Add a new control to open Backshift graphs in their own window

Description

It is difficult to currently isolate graphs when using Backshift, forcing the user to refresh to whole page in order to refresh a single graph.

We should add a new control (binoculars icon?) that can be used to open a single graph in the existing window.
