The default focal point for the Enlinkd topology should be the node with the most links

Description

Currently, the default focal point is the "the node with the highest total ifspeed".

Instead, we should use the node with the most links, and fallback to "the node with the highest total ifspeed" if no links are avail.

How about having a combo box where you can select which one you want?
