Upgrade Log4j2 (there are several performance improvements)

Description

OpenNMS has been using Log4j2 2.1 since it was released in October 2014.

There are lots of fixes and improvements (specially performance improvements) added on recent versions.

The latest version is 2.5 released 6 months ago.

Here are just a few of the improvements that I found relevant:

Bumping up the versions for log4j2 and slf4j in the top level pom appear to work without any problems.
