Graph chooser- rename "SNMP Node Data" heading to "Node Data"

Description

Because you can have things like Apache HTTP graphs or other non-SNMP related graphs, "SNMP" should be STRUCK from the selection box title.

We could debate about using "Node Metrics" or other possible labels to use instead, but "Node Data" works for me. Ugh, now "Node Metrics" is sounding better.
