If you try to reload an import where the URL is not specified as a requisition in provisiond-configuration.xml by sending an event like:

The import gives a import success event and nothing happened. It should fail and tell you something about the URL is not specified in Provisiond. After creating a requisition in the provision-configuration.xml the import works.
