HTTPS configuration on windows

Description

Hi, We are trying to configure https on port 8443 as per the instructions given on this link: http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Standalone_HTTPS_with_Jetty#Introduction with option B,

Unfortunately it is not working trying to configure it in testing environment once this setup works good we are planning to move into production.

Can someone look into this on priority so that we can configure it at the earliest.
