Since it is not possible (at least to my knowledge) to poll environment health status on Cisco ASR-1001X (show facility-alarm status). It would be nice to be able to interpret traps containing entPhysicalIndex with what has been collected by hardware inventory (http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Hardware_Inventory_Entity_MIB). For example when a Power Supply has failed it would be nice to be able to print out that it is the Power Supply instead of only the physical index number.
For example:
When a power supply has failed on a Cisco ASR1001X it will send out a trap that triggers
uei.opennms.org/vendor/Cisco/traps/ceAlarmAsserted which is included in Cisco.events.xml
