It would be nice to be able to correlate a sequence of events back to a particular parent event.

Say you want an audit trail of all events that happened after a provisioning requesition was synchronized. Presently, at best you could look at the events, and approximately correlate them based on their event times.

Another case would be an audit for why a service was deleted. If the service was deleted due to excessive poller down time, then the deletion event could be tied back to the original outage event.
