Add ability to view/edit description field for categories

Description

Categories are used for many things. thresholding groups, surveillance views, notifications filter and many more.
Even in my small environment I have a lot of categories. To make a membership of a category more understandable (eg. for co workers), a description field for each category would be very nice.

It sounds like this is just a shortcoming of the UI and we need to add the ability to edit/view the description.

I guess there is already a field like this:

opennms=# select * from categories;
