Update pfSense collection to include storage, CPU, and load-average
Description
points out on IRC that the SNMP data collection definitions for pfSense devices leave out storage, CPU, and load-average. Storage and CPU were intentional omissions because of "junk" entries in hrStorageTable and hrDeviceTable, but we have real persistence selector strategies now so we can handle those.
I've provided updated definitions for Rouven to try, and will commit them once they're confirmed working.

I guess, we don't know if the changes in issue have brought benefits, correct? Rouven didn't give feedback afaik. So if there is no pull request for this issues after 2015/10/25, I think we can close this issue.
