Additional graphical mMap Elements

Description

We have to show our customers their local network with selfpainted background-Pictures containing local informations like address, floor, rack and so on including the state informations of the enlinkd.

If there is a problem in a location, the helpdesk maybe navigates like picture 1 to 4. Picture 4 shows how it should be. A picture of Spectrum is also included.

So they can order and assist an technican at the location to solve the problem. I think it should be possible to arrange nodes graphical with frames or background blocks and some text to show the local specialities.

There exist a couple of new features, to implement this:
1. If a vertex is assigned to a node and that node has geolocation information the "Geolocation Info Box" is shown (see )
2. With the new GraphMLTopology Provider it would be possible to have something like this created.
See http://docs.opennms.org/opennms/branches/develop/guide-development/guide-development.html#_graphml for more details

It is not possible to define a custom background.
