Authentication in XML collector URLs cannot contain reserved escaped characters

Description

Authentication defined in XML collector URLs cannot contain some reserved characters, even if escaped. Note that it is expected that user creds embedded directly in URLs are done so already URL encoded. If pulled from asset info they are encoded for you.
