Unnecessary and confusing DEBUG entry on poller.log

Description

I turned on DEBUG for Pollerd to help a customer fixing a problem, and I found the following message on poller.log:

It turns out that I found this on PollableServiceConfig:

So, that is silly and confusing.

I fixed that in foundation on revision b473651feffec002c0a974be9ace9762324865c4, so that should be part of 14.0.4 (if exist) and 15.0.0 (when merged to develop).
