Rearrange Node/Event/Alarm/Outage links on bootstrap UI

Description

In the main navigation the

  • Events

  • Alarms

  • Notifications

  • Assets

  • Nodes

are listed in "Info". To give a more meaningful a suggestion is to relabel it to "Overview".

Hey Seth,

yes make sense, you mentioned path outage list is inventory. Why not rename "Info" to "Inventory" then?

I'm going to take this and do the following:

Info:

  • Nodes

  • Assets

  • Path Outages (since the path outage list is "inventory")

Status:

  • Events

  • Alarms

  • Notifications

  • Outages

  • Surveillance

  • Distributed Status (last because it is the least frequently implemented)

If you have any changes to suggest, please note them in this issue.

FYI, to rearrange these, edit `opennms-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/dispatcher-servlet.xml` and look for `org.opennms.web.navigate.MenuDropdownNavBarEntry` and `<bean id="navBarEntries" class="java.util.ArrayList">`
