"OpenNMS Disconnect -- is the OpenNMS daemon running?" is confusing

Description

The web UI, upon startup, says "OpenNMS Disconnect – is the OpenNMS daemon running?" because it is waiting for the first post of RTC data to show up. This error message comes from a time when it was common to run the web UI as a totally separate process from the OpenNMS daemon, which is just not the case anymore.
