Need better error indication for provisiond failures
Description
Provisiond can fail to add all nodes in a provisioning requisition for various reasons like sql errors with too-large asset fields or duplicate foreign-ids for nodes. After such failures, the only indication is that if you go back to the 'manage provisioning requisitions' page you can see that the number of nodes defined does not match the number in the database - or if you look in the provisiond log. I'd like to have a more obvious indication that nodes aren't being monitored as expected, like something that shows on the home page or an event/alarm generated for the failure.
