Installing OpenNMS with the installer under Ubuntu fails due to chmod a+x issue

Description

Under Ubuntu you cannot successfully complete the installer, because it tries to execute 'chmod a+x $OPENNMS_ISNTALL_DIR/lib/bin/karaf-client.jar' which does not exist
