SSH connection does not work by default on the TopologyMap

Description

When you are on the topology map and want to connect via SSH -> right click -> SSH then you can enter the ssh data but when clicking on login you get a notice that SSHTerminal cannot be found in the widgetset.

After this point you cannot close the SSH window anymore and the UI is doomed.

We decided to just disable/remove the SSH utility for 14.0 and will revisit adding it back in for OpenNMS 15.

is tracking the cleanup/reimplementation.
