sort order interfaces on node page

Description

when displaying node details (particularly switches) the interfaces tabs do not show anything in any particular order. please either
1. add click sort ability (click on header like in spreadsheet to chose sort field)[preffered]
2. set default sort option on interface id or ifname so interfaces appear in order as opposed to random order
3. both of the above

(also the ability to set the number of records here before pagnating the interfaces would be nice – say in opennms.properties)
(also a button to force refresh that information live would be nice )

It would be highly appreciated if there was a way to be able change the default sort order according to my own preferences. To us, it seems to make a lot more sense to sort by "Last Event Time" (as example).

I've added an orderBy ifIndex on the rest call that it makes when it gets all of the devices.

This is an annoying issue that should be addressed in the UI cleanups for 15.

this still persists in version 14.0
its rather annoyign to load an interfaces list and see all of the interfaces out of order.
where would (what file) can i manually change to fix this temporarily
