The OpenNMS Cloud plugin ( ) should be removed from the current install of Horizon (installed by default) - reason being: this plugin is no longer supported.
In addition, the 'opennms-cloud-plugin' git repository should be archived.
Any references to this plugin should be removed from user documentation.
